I was completely shocked because I totally thought we were having a boy based on Randy's family trend, but we are so happy to break it and bring in the first girl grandbaby! She is already being so spoiled by my mom, she is so excited to become a grandma!!

Had her arms above her head, straight on face shot

I am finally feeling like my old self! I started to get really sick right around when I was supposed to start feeling better. I would throw up everything, it was awful and made my twelve hour day shifts at the hospital miserable! Thankfully this stage only lasted about a month, I'm so happy it's over! I've started working out a little bit, but am still having a hard time getting back into a regular work out routine. I count my work days as working out since I'm on my feet all day and walking around, but I could for sure do better!

I started feeling the baby move around 16 weeks and it was amazing!! Randy finally got to feel her kick the morning of our ultrasound at 18 weeks! I love that he can feel her now, I hated it when I was the only one able to experience it! Nowadays I'm enjoying watching my stomach move as she kicks and wiggles around! I absolutely love it so so much! It's such a nice comforting feeling!

Here are some pics, not the best of me but they show the bump!

20 weeks-not showing as much as I felt like I was! But she sits super low so maybe that's why I wasn't showing too much.

21weeks, Shows the belly a lot better, but I also felt like I grew a lot that week! First time wearing maternity clothes, LOVED them! Too bad there is absolutely NOWHERE the buy them up here!

24 weeks! I look a lot bigger than I thought in this one! Definitely having a hard time fitting into normal clothes! It's so frustrating, I'm hoping I can make it until I go to Utah in November for my shower to buy some more clothes! It's starting to get pretty chilly up here which makes my options on clothes even smaller!

I have a feeling the time is going to go by a lot quicker pretty soon! I go to Utah in a month for my showers and once they are over we have the holidays to keep us busy!! I think before we know it little girl is going to make her appearance! I've started nesting a little bit and am going to start working on her nursery! I finally made a decision on bedding and was able to get it so we could find a paint color! It's totally not what I was looking for but fell in love! It's from PB Kids and cannot believe how affordable it was! I'll have to get around to posting a pic of it!

I've started making some stuff for the baby! I made a car seat cover, but need to see how it fits on the car seat before I can make the finishing touches! Today I started making a few headbands and clips! I have a lot more to go but they were super simple and I love how they turned out so far! I still have some other stuff to work on that I have already gotten all the goods for so I'll try and post some pics of the other stuff I make when I get around to them!

A little off subject but thought I'd share this pic with everyone... I love it! Just shows how big Thor is getting! He's weighing in at around 115 nowadays and has about another year of growth ahead of him still!

Exciting News!

Randy and I are so excited to announce that we are PREGNANT!

Baby Petrey will be making its debut around January 30, 2012! Yep, day before my birthday!

We had been trying for about a year and a half to get pregnant so I was in complete shock when the test was actually positive for once, it took a little while for it to settle in! We had seen doctors and done testing to see if there was anything wrong with either of us to explain why we weren't getting pregnant when we were trying diligently. After months of doctors appts. getting pushed back we finally were able to get seen and be prescribed Clomed. I had to wait till the beginning of my next cycle to start taking it, turns out we finally found out the reason that doctor appt. kept getting pushed back, we were supposed to get pregnant without it! I was so relieved that I was able to get pregnant on my own with out taking a drug that from what I've heard makes you CRAZY at times!

I was so so nervous to tell Randy, I haven't been that nervous in a really long time! He was on the first day of his two day overnight stretch when I found out so I held out for a day to tell him so I would be able to do it in person. When he's at work I always bring him dinner, and I'm not that creative so I just put a onesie in our take out bag!

When he eventually found the onesie he just looked up and me and stared. He was so surprised and excited, he also couldn't believe it finally happened!

I am currently 16 weeks along and we get to find out the sex in 2 weeks! I can't believe it's almost here, so crazy! I wasn't too sick my first trimester, the vomiting came mostly my 1st week out of my 1st trimester! It is finally starting to calm down a bit and I feel like I'm starting to get some of my energy back! All I wanted to do the first three months was sleep and lay on the couch, I was such a bum, I can't imaging having a kid and being pregnant! I'm sure I'll adjust when the time comes, and hopefully I'll feel better the next pregnancy. I haven't taken any belly shots until now just because I haven't felt like I was really showing, this week it seems to me like I've really started to pop out, well from my view anyway.

Random Things We've Been Up To

This summer we've been staying pretty busy. Mostly with work but we were able to fit some fun in at times! I took a couple of short trips back to Utah which was much needed! It's so nice to be able to go back home and see family and friends! Randy unfortunately couldn't get work off to come with me! But for one of the trips I was able to bring a really good girlfriend of mine down with me! I had to introduce her to the wonderful home decor shopping we have available to us down in Utah, especially compared to the very limited and expensive options we have up here in MT. She very much enjoyed the trip (and the Shopping) but being from a small town in MT it was a little overwhelming! She hopes to return soon and enjoyed meeting the fam!

Towards the end of the summer Randy was sent out of town for training for six weeks! Suprisingly being away from him this time around seemed even harder than last time! I was able to drive out and see him about four weeks in so that made it a lot easier! We thankfully won't have to be separated anymore for that long of time, anytime soon, as far as we know! While Randy was gone my Mom and Kelsey drove up and was able to help me with some projects I had been wanting to do around the house!

We gave our front door an update!

Re-did our Main floor Bathroom!

Before

After

I stained the cabinets, painted the mirror white and the room light grey, still haven't updated all the towels but so far I like it much better!

We also finished up our grass in the backyard, for the most part! It was a mess when we first bought our house, only about half the yard had grass and the rest was mud and weeds! This gave us lots of work to do over the summer. We seeded the majority of it on our own and then for the last few strips, bought sod. I am very excited for next summer to actually have grass and be able to enjoy our huge yard! The dogs sure do love it, especially when its muddy, they also love bringing the mud in through their doggy door and tracing it all across the house, that isn't really my favorite part!

Last Spring

This Fall! (The dead stuff is the new sod)

Now that Randy is home they are switching his hours up at work starting the beginning of October and so he has the possibility of working nights or late late hours so onto the exciting news, I have found a new job!! I have been looking probably for the past 3 months and there definitely aren't very many job opportunities in this town! So we are very blessed that I have found a new job right in time. Like I posted earlier I was employed with the Red Cross which made me travel about 90% of the time and being out of town, over night, about 2 weeks out of the month. With Randy's new hours we wouldn't be able to give our dogs the attention they need and would probably have had to be kenneled the nights we were gone, NOT an option! So I finally got a new job with Wells Fargo as a teller. Less money and hours, for now, but much better in the long run! I will be able to be home at night and they give more bonuses and raises than the Red Cross and will hopefully be more flexible with hours if ever needed in the future. So we're pretty excited about it!

Other news, Our little guy Gizmo unfortunately lost his manhood last week. Bella was in heat and he was definitely having a hard time with that before he was neutered! Bella would sit on the back of the couch and Giz would just sit on the floor staring up at her shaking and whining cause he just couldn't get it done! Haha, it was quite the site! So, the bad part is we won't be having puppies! But again probably better in the long run!

Now that we have a house I really wanted to get into decorating for the holidays and making our house feel really homie since we don't have any of our families around to enjoy their houses haha. So on my last trip to Utah I made sure I went to Tai Pan and Hobby Lobby to get a Fall centerpiece put together and I love it!

Since we got our nice camera I wanted to take some pics of Randy's uniform/Dog-tags I guess to remember this time and I love seeing him in this! For some reason when I first saw him after boot camp I totally forgot that he would be issued dog tags! So it was kinda weird seeing him wear these all the time!

I am so proud of all that he goes/has gone through for us to have the things we have and to be able to set up a perfect career path for himself! He puts up with so much at work and is constantly improving in all his training! He has been recognized by his superiors and has been given more duties than others in his group because he does so well. Hopefully this will mean early promotions, but that's still down the road a while! He loves the different things he has been able to do at work, a few things are repelling and shooting, and for the most part seems to love his job!

House Pics!

As I said in my last post we are finally home owners which feels amazing! I didn't take pics of all the bedrooms cause two of the four are empty, one is a guest bedroom and the other is just filled with stuff we don't know what to do with!
<img style="display:block; Almost a whole year!! But a lot has changed!

Sorry it has been so long since I last posted. I haven't really had the time, and when I did find the time I wasn't in the mood since there is so much to catch up on! I figured that since I'm sitting in a hotel room with absolutely NOTHING to do I better get this over with. I will attempt to keep it more updated but, who knows, I swear I say that every post.

In August, as many of you already know, Randy left for Boot Camp with the Air Force for a long 8 weeks of HELL! He did awesome though and graduated from BMT in October. We were only able to write letters to each other during those 8 weeks which made me feel like I was married to a missionary, it sucked! I luckily was super busy with school and work though so it suprisingly went by pretty fast looking back on it! After BMT he had to attend tech school for his job which is security forces, military police, which was about 4 months long. We found out around Thanksgiving that our home for the next 3 1/2 years was going to be Great Falls, Montana. Pretty much the only really really good thing about Malmstrom AFB in MT is that he will never get deployed!! It was such a relief to hear that, I don't know how I would handle him being deployed! He was able to come home for Christmas and New Years though and that was amazing! It was so nice actually having him home again and especially being able to fall asleep next to each other again! After Christmas break he had about 6 weeks of training left and that's when things really started to change.

In January my mom and I drove up to Great Falls, it's only about 8 hours from Salt Lake, COME VISIT, to look for houses! Suprisingly after looking at about 10 houses in one day we made an offer on the one and only house I liked! It's a remodeled 4 bed/2.5 bath, 2600 sq.ft., georgous master suite above the 2 car garage, and big backyard for our puppies! It was only on the market 2 days and had 2 offers on it, thankfully the seller chose our offer! I was so excited and had forgot that all the stress was yet to come! I have decided that I hated the process of buying a house, possibly because Randy and I were in different states, neither the state we were buying in, and I was pretty much doing it all alone. It sucked but as of February 13th we officially became home owners!! We still can't believe how blessed we were throughout this entire life-changing process of joining the Air Force, buying a house and the entire move to Montana.

I was able to find a job within a week with the American Red Cross as a phlebotomist. I started on February 1st so I had to move to Montana a little early and live in a hotel for about 3 weeks before Randy was done with tech school. It was definitely sureal at first having him home, I would say the weirdest part was just allowing myself to plan for our future again and knowing that he would be there the next weekend and the next. I love it, it's the best feeling in the world to be together again. I don't know how we did it but we made it and it has definitely paid off. He has gone through so much crap for us to be where we are today and for us to have the things that we have. We were definitely blessed with strength and safety during the times we were apart.

Randy is still doing training for his job at his new base and is working normal hours for now. It's really nice because we both have weekends off and can always look forward to spending them together. He will eventually go to working four 12 hour shifts a week, hopefully day shifts. I travel a ton for my job and spend about 6 nights a month in a hotel which doesn't seem like much but when we aren't in a hotel we usually don't get home until 9pm. So I work long days and am away a lot but luckily usually get three day weekends! Other than that we are just getting settled into our new house, spending Saturdays at Home Depot, doing yard work, and painting! We love it!

Pictures soon to come once we have it all put together! And we do have spare rooms so please fill them and visit us! I hear the summers are beautiful here, lots to do especially with the Missouri River running straight through the town!

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://stephanieandrandy.blogspot.com/2010/03/wow-im-awful-at-blogging-almost-whole.html' title='Wow, I'm awful at blogging! I can't believe we have already passed our year mark. This has been the best year of my life and wouldn't have changed a thing. Randy and I have become so close this past year, closer than I ever thought was possible. I love learning more and more about him as time goes on. He is such a good husband and I am so so lucky to be married to such an amazing man. He is my best friend and I never want to imagine life without him by my side. We are definitely perfect for each other. He shows me more everyday how much he loves me and he always knows the right things to say when i'm upset or worried about something. We always heard the first year was the hardest but if that was the hardest it is going to be then we are very lucky!

For our Anniversary we played tennis, went shopping and then checked into The Peery Hotel. She had a georgeous baby shower at La Caille that was so much fun! I was really good to see her and of course she looked amazing at 8 months pregnant!! She had a full buffet with yummy food, goodie bags full of pregnancy tests, gift certificates, and champagne to celebrate the birth. There was also a photobooth which was probably one of my favorite things there!!Here are some pics from the night:

We found a rope swing, wish I would have known that was there on the wedding day!! His dad did such a good job and if you ever need a caterer he owns ' Cosmopolitan Catering ' and I've seen him do pretty much anything and always displays it in cute creative ways!! Mid-twenties, crazy! 31st I turned 23, not quite as old as Randy but I still feel really old, especially when I realized that I've been out of high school for 5 years!!

February -

We had a wonderful Valentine's Day! We got sushi from Mikado's and ate it on my new sushi dishes, it was pretty fun. Randy got me beautiful roses and we just spent the night in watching the dunk contest, which I always enjoy watching for some reason, maybe part of it is cause I know how much he enjoys it! I promise it was my idea though, everyone gave him a hard time about making me 'stay in' on V-day but I loved it!

My grandma also passed away on February 28th. My sister and I flew down to NM to meet my mom and the rest of the fam for the funeral. It was really sad, I was pretty close to her but she had been going downhill for the past couple of years and she was really miserable, not even the same person anymore. My poor grandpa, he was in shock because she passed away so quick and he didn't expect it so soon. He was having such a hard time with it. I cant even imagine the pain he must be going through, he kept saying that he couldn't sleep cause he had been sleeping next to her for 60 years. It breaks my heart, you never saw them go anywhere without each other so spending time with the fam after the funeral was really wierd without her there. I am really happy they were able to come to the wedding, that was the last time I had seen her and was able to spend time with her.

March

My friend Nicole had a baby, Brooklyn, she is so stinkin cute and Nicole is such a good mommie!! She lives in North Carolina now and I haden't seen her since my sophemore year in high school which is around 7 years ago! I was so good to see her, I miss her a ton! It was fun meeting each others significant others, catching up, and reminising on the embarassing things we did when we were 15. She is so stinking cute! We met up in Park City for lunch, here's a few pics of the reunion.

Right Before Christmas we moved up the West Jordan to a cute Townhome style apartment. It is really close to Jordan Landing so it is a bit of a drive down to Provo for work but we got kicked out of our condo because the owner's sold it. Don't worry they paid us to move out, which is pretty much the only reason we agreed to it! Anywho, I love our new place, if we have to live in an apartment I would much rather live in one that at least kind of feels like we have our own place. I also secretly like that we got kicked out because now we don't have to pack up the dogs and clothes ever weekend when we would come stay up here. Randy hates driving so we are hoping he will get a job closer to home. Here are some pics of the new place now that it's all put together.

The Holidays were so fun! It is definitely one of my favorite times of year. This christmas Randy's parents were in Boston visiting his brother's family so we spent Christmas day and weekend at my mom's playing Wii Guitar Hero World Tour and Mario Kart which was a blast!! My favorite part of when we played world tour was when my sister and I were playing the drums and guitar and Randy failed all of us with his singing! It was pretty funny, my poor husband is tone def and can only keep up with the game when he is singing falsetto. I loved it! Don't feel too bad, he proceeded to kick our butts in Mario Kart and made sure we knew he was killing us! All in good fun of course.

Here is Fitch all cuddled under the tree on Christmas Eve...

The week following Christmas Randy's Grandpa got married, the night before the ceremony his new wife's family had a big get together. It was really fun, she has a big family and it was also really fun to see the majority of Randy's family again. We don't get to see them all that often but when we do I always have a good time, they are hilarious. Here is a picture of our cousin Lindsay and her son, we got the pleasure of wearing name tags and hers just happened to get stuck to Canyon's head. It was cute!

The next day was the ceremony at the Bountiful Temple, which is the first temple wedding ceremony we have been to as a married couple, it was fun, it definitely brought a lot of those nervous/anxious/good memories back from when we were sitting there on our day. After the ceremony we all headed to the Joseph Smith Memorial Building where we had a yummy luncheon.

On to New Year's Eve, I worked that morning and then headed over to Sheldon and Michelle's house to start the sushi making process. We always go out to sushi together so we thought it would be fun to make it ourselves on New Year's Eve. It was so much fun and we were so dang proud of our professional looking sushi! Michelle had gone to the fish market earlier and picked up some delicious samon and tuna. First we just made california rolls and then just prepared everything else for the others to make their own rolls. Here some pics from along the way, and then the final product.

Finally Updating our Blog - There's a lot to catch up on!

Hmm... Where to start? Well maybe lets start with the most eventfull and time consuming, Randy's thumb. So he has had this thing on his thumb for months now that just looked like a blister or cyst or something. So a month or so ago we lanced it and all it did was gush blood, we figured we should have someone look at it after lancing it 3 or 4 times and all we got was a lot of blood. We took him to the UVU health clinic since he isn't on my insurance yet and with all the many trips and prescriptions and things they have done to his thumb it has only been $10! Anywho, So the first trip we figured they would just look at it, not know what it is, and have us come back when the doctor was there. Oh no, the Nurse Practitioner came in, looked at it, and then said, " Well, lets go dig around in it a bit, ok?" So much to our suprise she numbed it, then sliced it open with a scalpel, we warned her about the blood, that didn't stop her, she then continued to get tweezers with like jagged edges on the end and dig and scrape inside this thing on his thumb. Gross, even I had to sit down, gushing blood, tugging on the skin, it was pretty discusting, good thing I'm not doing nursing anymore. After digging to the bottom of this thing she found a wart. Apparantly it was a wart that never grew to the surface and so his body encapsulated it and was treating it as a foreign body. After all of this she decided his thumb was too irritated to freeze off the wart and so she just wrapped it and it ended up getting infected. We have been visiting her for the past few weeks almost 3 times every week just for her to take a look at it and try to freeze the wart off. She also advised him to try picking off the scab so that she wouldn't have to do it and hurt him more. Sunday he began picking at it and after a few minutes of that it started gushing blood again! It had pretty much grown back to the size it was when we first took him in. So after about half an hour of trying to get the bleeding to stop and Randy getting light headed from the loss of blood and sight of all of it we were able to cut off the circulation to his thumb and wrap it quick enough to avoid any more squirting of blood. Here are some pics of that event.

See the STREAM! And there was alot more blood than this too!

So that should bring us up to date, we went to the doctor on Monday and she attempted to freeze the wart and just ended up making it bleed more, after numbing it again and cutting off the circulation she managed to freeze the skin above the wart to stop the bleeding. Thursday he is going to see the Doctor there and see if she can get down to the wart to finally get rid of the dang thing!!

On another note...

- Halloween -

We decided we didn't really want to do much since the past few years we have gone all out on costumes and everything so we just went to a party the night before and threw together quick costumes as Edward and Alice Cullen from the "Twilight Series" We had teeth and everything but they didn't stay on very well and they were really uncomfortable so we really just ended up looking like deathly white, sick people dressed up. Oh well, other than our boring costumes the night was pretty fun, it was on La Caille property at Randy's friends Rachel's Cabin. Tyson and Adrienne joined us, she was supposed to be where's waldo and Tyson was a punk guy!

CLASSIC SKATING

Last weekend we got to hang out with Michelle and Sheldon, they got a sitter for Asher, so we were able to go out to Classic! It was really fun, it's only my second time going and I always have fun, it's a good workout and fun to watch the younger kids flirt with each other haha.

Cute Sheldon and Michelle

Randy Dancin'

Oh so Fun!

I also had some cute pics of our dogs so I thought I would share - They are so adorable and we wouldn't want to live without them!

Bella is HUGE!! On Friday night we went out to dinner with Dallas and Angie and Derek and Nicole to TGIFridays which was pretty yummy. After dinner we met up with Josh and Katrina, Josh is one of Randy's old mission companions. We love hanging out with Josh and Katrina, they are too cute, we probably haven't seen them for a year, besides at our wedding! Way too long. We actually haven't seen Dallas and Angie in a long time either so it was really good to see them again as well. Anyway, so once we met up them we went to Boondocks which is always a blast, especially with three other couples! We did some miniture golfing then headed to the go karts! We were lucky enough to be able to sneak on for a second ride, and Angie had NEVER riden go karts before! I couldn't believe it! They are my favorite!

So on Saturday Randy and I headed to Lagoon for 'Westminster Lagoon Day' with Tyson and Adrienne, it was really fun, we got in for way cheap and got a free lunch! I love going to lagoon though and I really love riding roller coasters, especially Wicked, it is very exhilarating.

After the exciting day at Lagoon, Randy and I were off the cater for his dad. This was definitely different than the normal weddings his dad does. He got the opportunity to cater the Dew Tour After party! We were to serve orderves in the VIP section, where of course you could find various pro skaters and bmxers, of course the only one we knew was Ryan Schekler because of his show on MTV. And yes, he was there, with a couple of his friends and his little brother, Ryan is a lot shorter than expected, wearing lots of bling and of course drinking beer at the age of 17 or 18. Gotta love the underage drinking 'celebrities' get away with. It was probably my first real 'celebrity' citing though, I was quite starstruck. Randy had to remind me we were working and it probably wasn't a good idea to ask for a pic. I also kinda figured he had enough girls throwing themselves at him. Besides the siting we got a couple free tshirts to wear and some other free stuff, it was pretty fun to be in the VIP section!

Sunday has arrived and we don't have too big of plans but I did finally convince Randy to let me dye my hair dark again! YAY! I feel like my old self again, haha jk! Other then that exciting moment we headed to his aunt carrie's house for his grandpa's birthday, we ate yummy food and caught up with everyone.

We finally came back home to Provo and were by ourselves, and as exciting as this weekend was, I was so happy to have my husband to myself again! I can't wait until next weekend to spend all my time with him by myself, just hanging out together. It is our favorite thing to do and I definitley live for the weekends when we have the opportunity to spend quality alone time together!!

Labor Day Weekend

This past weekend my mom and sister headed down to Provo before they drove to Texas. It was pretty fun, we ate at Olive Garden which is my favorite, I eat there anytime I can convince Randy to take me there!

On Saturday we went Laser Tagging with Randy's highschool friend Dallin. Dallin and Randy were pro getting in the top 8, while I luckily ranked 27 out of the 31 that played, all I have to say is at least I didn't get in the negative!! Woo Hoo! It was really fun, we haven't been in a while and it is definitely a fun workout! Now if I can only find enough people to go paintballing! It's much more painful but ten times the fun!

Sunday we didn't really do much, just went up to Centerville to play Wii, we played guitar hero and rented a MLB baseball game which was pretty difficult at first, I actually beat Randy in on game! Of course he dominated the rest of them though, I still won't let him forget that I at least beat him once, even though he says he 'let me win.' I love his competitiveness, well sometimes, haha.

Monday we headed up to Park City with Randy's parents for lunch and strolling down main st., it was FREEZING!! I only had capris and flip flops while everyone else in park city was wearing ski coats and winter boots!! All in all it was a very fun trip, we hadn't been up there for about a year so it was good to go up there again. Also on monday our good friends Michelle and Sheldon welcomed their first baby boy, Asher Gera Masias, he is a cutie, and so big for Michelle's tiny body, we get to go see them next weekend so we are looking forward to that!

Oh and of course last wednesday Randy got the priveledge of returning to the new UVU. Randy should be done with school in about two years, I'm so excited for him to be done. He is going to do amazing with the major that he is getting in Broadcast Journalism, it fits his personality perfectly! I am really happy to be taking a year off before my program, I have gone to college every fall/spring semester since I graduated. It does feel a little weird though not being a student, I'm already getting a little anxious to start my program. A girl I work with started the same program this semester and hearing her stories defenitely gets me excited!

I am going to try to post some more pictures from over the summer too!

Summer is coming to an end...

So after looking at all our friends blogs I finally decided it would be a good activity for me while I'm bored at work and a good way to keep up with all my friends lives.

This summer has been quite eventful:

Nicole's Wedding -

Nicole got married to Casey almost exactly a month before us. It was gorgeous, I was so sad that I wasn't able to go to the temple and see them come out! But we definitely made it to the reception that night, it was so pretty and of course Nicole looked beautiful as always! They looked so happy together and I am so happy for her! We actually jsut found out they will be having a baby in April, how exciting! I can't wait to be able to babysit :)

O U R W E D D I N G -

My decision to get married in May was partially because it was much less likely for it to rain, but lucky us it decided to rain the entire week! It's ok , it did let up a little during Temple pictures, but it was FREEZING, I'm sure nothing compared to a winter wedding though. After the Temple pictures we had a luncheon at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building, it was so yummy and so filling, I never thought I would eat so much on my wedding day, thankfully my dress still fit! The luncheon was so fun and relaxing, I think it's true what they say about not worrying about anything on your wedding day! After the luncheon we only had maybe an hour until we had to be at La Caille for our ring ceremony, Randy and I dropped off our stuff and the Anniversary Inn as my mom and grandparents ran home to try and remove the huge stains on my dress from the dirt and rain. The time comes around where the families were supposed to be at La Caille for pictures and of course there was a mix up in the times and nobody showed up, no dress, no family, nobody to take pictures with. Everyone arrived late which wasn't too bad because by the time they got there the rain started to let up again and the sun started peeking through the clouds, perfect for outside pictures. The ring ceremony eventually started and I was so nervous, walking down the isle to my husband was so amazing, and his brother gave an amazing talk! Once all that was over Randy and I took some more pics, then got down to business. We ate some delicious food, cut the cake, bouquet toss and Danced the night away!

I wouldn't have changed a thing about our wedding, it was the most amazing day of my life!

Honeymoons -

We sort of got the priveledge of two honeymoons, the day after the wedding we headed up to Sun Valley, Idaho for a relaxing weekend at my uncle's condo. I'm so glad we got to do that because if not we probably would have been too tired to enjoy our real honeymoon! Pretty much all we did was sleep and watch TV. On the way back we also got a speeding ticket, how nice of Idaho, there are suprisingly a lot of cops for such a long empty freeway. Anyway, we left for our real honeymoon a couple days later; we flew down to Miami, Florida to board our cruise ship. I had never been on a cruise so I was pretty excited for it, we were headed to the Bahamas, which are gorgeous! We had so much fun just hanging out, eating tons, and playing in the sun. We also got to swim with stingrays on the cruise line's private island, it was quite an adventure!

The rest of the summer -

We went to vegas with our friends Sheldon and Michelle and Dallas and Angie, we rented a van and drove down there, it was way fun, car sickness and do-re-me's. It was a blast!

We made a trip to seven peaks which was really fun, some of the slides are so scary and very painful. We also got to go boating a few times with some of Randy's friends, it has been so fun, we got to wakeboard for the first time this summer and I forgot how fun and tiring it was! Nothing much has been happening this summer just enjoying married life and hanging out with friends!

I will hope to keep up with the blogging, I don't feel that our lives are too exciting but I'll make sure I keep updating every now and then with pics and stories.
